1、Mechanical Behavior of Precast Slabs for Ensuring Safety Control:
- Avoid three-dimensional operations in the same vertical plane. If necessary, special safety protection facilities must be established.
- The installation and removal of high or complex structure templates should be conducted in accordance with the design requirements of the construction organization, and safety measures must be in place.
- The formwork support shall not be placed on the scaffold.
- If there are reserved holes (holes) on the template, they should be covered after installation.
- During the concrete pouring process, dedicated personnel should be responsible for inspecting and maintaining the formwork. If any deformation is detected, it should be adjusted and reinforced immediately.

 

2、Operation and maintenance guarantee the benefits of Precast Concrete Formwork:
- During the drawing process, the drawing die box should be kept lubricated. After the operation is completed, the power supply of the steel bar processing equipment should be cut off, the switch box should be locked, and the lubrication work should be carried out.
- The selection of concrete molding equipment needs to meet the requirements. For example, mechanical vibration equipment should be used. For dry and hard concrete, vibration tables or surface pressure vibration molding should be adopted.
- The use of the plug-in vibrator should comply with the regulations. For instance, before the installation of the flexible shaft, the rotation direction of the motor should be checked, and it shall not be placed on the mold support, tie rod or steel skeleton.

 

3、Powerful combination of mould and insert:

   - The parts of the mold should be firmly connected with each other, and should meet the installation and positioning requirements of the reserved holes, inserts and embedded parts of the prefabricated components.

   - The mold joints of fair-faced concrete prefabricated components should be tight, and effective anti-slurry and anti-water leakage measures should be taken.

   - Mold clamping and mold opening should be operated according to the instruction manual, and barbaric operation is strictly prohibited.

   - The magnet and magnetic system are the core part of the precast concrete magnet, and it should be ensured that its structure supports and protects the magnetic system, usually made of durable steel, to ensure the longevity and strength of the magnet.
